I give this Domino's a 5 stars, the pizza is always fresh, the drivers are always polite and on time. Love the tracker!
Does alright with orders. Usually no problems. Polite drivers.
Great delivery service. Sometimes forgets the “no garlic crust” but it’s cool.
Food is always hot and fresh and delivery drivers are prompt and courteous.
I ordered multiple pizzas for a class party and when I opened one there was a piece missing. When I called they seemed irritated and tried to tell me it probably just shifted in transit. They also seemed irritated that I wanted a new pizza brought out and insisted that they needed this pizza back if they were going to bring a new one out. I was totally fine giving it back (because I clearly wasn't going to eat a pizza that came to me missing a piece) but it would have been nice if they hadn't acted like I was either too dumb to be able to tell if the slices had shifted or if I was lying. If they had apologized (nothing over dramatic, just a simple we're sorry about that and will get you out a new one ASAP) I wouldn't be writing this review. Instead, they had an attitude on the phone, the driver had an attitude when he returned, and it took them almost an hour to get the new pizza out to me.
