Ordered online, when placing my order I had to change my order because they were out of pizza crust. So we were limited on what we could order from the pizza place. Then after understanding that the order would take an 1:15 minutes which is normal for this pizza place, waiting patiently called after 1:40 with no order called and asked if our order had left the pizza hut and was informed it had not and they only had one delivery driver on a Thursday night and he/she was out still. Needless to say we canceled the order. Hope management will be able to work out these issues.
Well I ordered a box last night and the only good thing I can say is they must be washing there dishes...the bottom of everything tasted like soap and i live to far to bring it back...so that went in the trash..i was pissed!
Always later then when they say it will be delivered abc pizza has been wrong every time I order it
This pizza hut has had its issues in the past but is a great store who is greatly concerned with customer care.
I have had several bad experiences with this pizza hut. they either don't put any flavor on the crust or they forget things. my most recent order however is the worst. I payed for the pizza online with my card and tipped the driver cash when they arrived. I thought everything was okay but I was wrong. they charged my card an extra $10 after the pizza was already paid for. if you pay with a card be careful and watch your account. I definitely will not be ordering from this pizza hut ever again.
